Crystal Kay, Practice Manager, and Danielle Williams, Advisor Assistant, are generally the first to answer the phone, although you may catch Jim Romig when all the lines are busy. Crystal and Danielle are also responsible for scheduling review meetings. Crystal knows everything operational, and Danielle is the person who preps all our paperwork. They are both vital to our team running smoothly on a daily basis.
Mark Hoover, Emily Weaver, Beth Dean and Jim Romig are the advisors on our team. You will work with at least one of us, but we hope to introduce you to our other team members along the journey. We work collectively as a team daily, and you will receive the same experience no matter who your primary advisor is!
